Medium is taken as Email instead of Web - Service Pages issue

Hi All,

I am working on SD 4.5 with SP 4.

When calls are logged through Service Pages, the medium is taken as Email instead of Web.

Pls help on the same on priority.

Hi Harini,

Please go to the template that is used for Service Pages, and change the default medium from E-mail to Web.

Hi Harini,

In Detail:

1. Go to Administrator Console -> Service Pages -> Data -> Template Settings -> Service Call.
2. Check which template has been selected in the two fields.
3. Go to Administrator Console -> Data-> Templates -> Service Calls.
4. Choose the same templates, and edit them accordingly.
