Massive loads - Date is change from 23:00hrs to 11:00AM

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the DATES while doing an Incident's Massive load.

Even when in the excel file the DATE is specified as 9/13/2006 23:00... after running the massive load the DATE in the items that were registered by the massive load change to 9/13/2006 11:00AM...

What am I doing wrong or what should I checked in order to fix this mess? :S

First question - how are you loading incidents in SD? excel table -> data exchange?

1. Check value of data field for this incident in database. what is there?
2. Check Time zone settings in GUI? What time zone you have?

my guess is that SD is loading date 9/13/2006 23:00 in database (value in database is time zone in Great Britain), but time zone is calculating that you have to see in interface date value - 12 hours.

Try to add +12 hours to date in import file - 10/13/2006 11:00AM - what you see as result in GUI?
