In Service Desk 4.5, can we write a rule to make a field mandatory before saving the Service Call form? This field has to be mandatory when a boolean value is selected on the Service Call form. I known that there is an option to make a field mandatory for a particular value of the Status field, but this not what is expected. We want to make it mandatory depending on the boolean values selection. Attached is screen shot for reference. Here the explain field has to be mandatory upon the value (Yes/No) of Misrouted field. I could only write a rule which would pop-up an alert on the screen asking the user to enter some data into the field.
