Mail alert after non activity on SC

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to find this information here but I can't so, excuse me if this was allready asked by someone. I just need to know if HPSD 4.5 is able to send a notification (mail?) when a certain amount of time has passed and nothing has been done on a specific SC. I want some people to be informed when a SC stays open (let's say not solved/closed) in a queue for more than 2 hours without being handled by someone.

It is possible. Look up the following topics in the application's help files (F1):

- To create a database rule
- To view Scheduled Tasks

The condition could be based on the fields [Status], [Assignment To;Person] and [Registration;Modified] and others you
