Lost connection to ServiceDesk from a Java application

Hi.

I´m having several problems with a Java program that runs everyday against ServiceDesk 4.5 (SP14).

That application goes thru all the Services, all the ServiceCalls for each Service, and all the WorkOrders for each ServiceCasll making several calculations about acting times in Workorders.

Lately I have found that my applications halts with an axecption. This is:

Excepcion: Failed reading response from the server.
Nested exception is:
com.hp.ifc.io.AppStreamException: Unable to deserialize an object (com.hp.ifc.types.ApiAttributeValues).

Any clue?

Thanks in advance.

Have you applied a Service Pack lately?

No.

I have applied SP14 since the day of the installation of ServiceDesk in our company.

One more tip:

I detect that behaviour when Java application lasts several minutos (30mn or more).

If I run a shorter process all things work perfect.

Hi,

I have the same problem on regulary timestamp (SD4.5 SP17). And I think that depends on the time-out setting. I means that if your session is over the time-out limit the error will be occure.
What's your session time-out seeting?
