Log of last logon for all service desk users

I am trying to find out how to view/print a list of all service desk named and concurrent service desk users last logon date and time. I need to do this to move some licensing around between different service desk named and concurrent users. How do I view/print this list?

Hi Frank!
Also you can use Enhanced Auditing in System--> Audit. There you can see users last logon date and time.
If ypu want to see who use concurrent and name license? you can use sql select like

select acc_showname,acc_concurrentuser,acc_nameduser
from rep_accounts

Best regards,

I can't find where the Enhanced System Audit is located? How do I find it?

You need login to system by account with role 'Auditor', and there you can change configuration and event of audit. After, you can see all recors in AuditLog.

hi there,

enhanced auditing was added in SP 11 and is documenetd in ITSM004780 which you should find in the documnetation folder once you have expanded an SP from 11 or later.

Hope this helps
