Licenses for SLM and Service Level

Hi

Do I need the SLM license to manipulate the code table for service levels (impact vs priority and support hours) in the administator console?

Hi,

I don't think so. I just removed the SLM license from a test database and can use the Impact v's priority settings. Support hours seem unaffected also.

Thanks Mark.

I am evaluating the possibilities and restrictions to register services as configuration items; in the case that a client wants to do so. Some clients only buy licenses for Helpdesk.
