Keep Deadline.....

I'd like to know how to keep the Deadline date in Workorders when a WorkOrder is created after the Deadline date.

Can you explain bit more what exactly you want to do?

Hi luis,

the deadline can never be before the creation date of the ticket since it is based on this date and the prio set to it.

a solution can be that you add the actual finish date in which you show when the work has actually been finished. also that actual start can be added. this shows the complete work that has been done for the ticket.
