SD client hangs up an error when try to open service call. Log File contains that:

I suppose that 'calculatePlannedDuration' cause this error.

HI Calculation by Planned can be associated the WG work hours(WH) - General Settings -> Application->Planed Time calculation. Look, if you selected "Open hours...", then your system try calculate planned duration by WG WH. Check the WH, perhaps is empty? or select another mode "24*7" as example, relogin and try, did you have the same error?
