Java Error in the Logserver.ttx and Oracle errors

Hello, after recovering the DB from a tape backup I see in the file logserver.txt x the following message of error:

jue, 02/08/2007 14:09:27 JDBC error 2291: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (USR_HPSD.SES_SVI_OID_FK) violated - parent key not found
, SQL state: 23000 for query: INSERT INTO rep_sessions

,ses_lockseq
) VALUES ( ?

After this, when I create a rule DB and I execute it, it does not execute the action that I indicate to him, and shows the following error in logserver.txt:

Re: Java Error in the Logserver.ttx and Oracle errors

Hello Oscar,

Try this approach:

1. Stop the server (all instances)
2. Execute the following queries in the DB

delete from rep_servers;
delete from rep_sessions;

Don't worry, these tables will be filled as long as the server is started (first table) and a user is logged in (second table).

Start the server again (all instances).

Re: Java Error in the Logserver.ttx and Oracle errors

Hello George,

This query is to resolve the firts error?, and about to the second error, you know how I do to resolve this situation ( I create the DB rule but when the db rule run not execute the action and put the messages error in the logserver.txt, second messages)

Thanks for the information, let me run this query and I notify to you.

Re: Java Error in the Logserver.ttx and Oracle errors

It seems that your recovery didn`t complete successfully. FK (foreign key) constraint mean that one table value must match the value in another table. For example persons department name must exist in departments table. Now there seems to be the lack of some rows in your database. You have to check db integrity.
