I have already tried the rule checker - there is no problem found.
Actually there was a long story with the DB that was used. Originally it was Oracle DB on HP-UX platform, later we migrated it to Oracle on Windows platform through DB dump from Oracle HP-UX to Oracle on Windows. It was loaded successfully without any error. After that I have the problem with UI-rules.
Some more details: I tried to create UI-rule with "update data" action. And when the rule is short, I mean the name consists of one or two simbols, and the update action is also short (for example: "field1" set to "value1") then everything is ok. But when I try to create a UI-rule with a long name with two or more update actions then I have this problem.
And I can't understand if it is a problem of Oracle DB or a problem of SD4.5.
In the DB the table "SERVICEDESK"."REP_JAVAOBJECTS" exists, and all the constraints also exist.
What do I need to do to find a solution to this problem? Any ideas?
