Issues adding a new division to Openview

Does anyone have suggestions on the best way integrate a new division. I have a request to add the UK to our existing OpenView.

There is only a handful of user’s there, about 120 people with 4-5 IT users.

Some of my concerns are mixing there service call tickets with our exiting tickets. How would I report there work?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, if any one has issues I should be concerned with I would like those comments as well.

My first thought was to add their organization and then i could filter on everything based on that. But, I am not sure that will work.

Use folders. This is the best way for users to only see information that is relevant to them CI's Tickets, Views

What would be the issues surrounding the folders?

1. Would I have to move the current company into a new folder.
2. Would i be able to roll up the data to report the company as a whole?
3. If i do not use folders now, can I move the data to folder later?
