Is Priority value in Template ignored during import?
Running SD 4.5 with SP22 I expierence the following phenomenon: I use the built-in Data Exchange functionality for importing Service calls. These calls have a distinguishing value for Medium and use their own Template. All field values of the Template are received, except for the Priority of the call. This should be 2 working days, but is set to 1 working day. Probably because of the default Service level ('Office Hours Support', which sets a Priority of 1 working day for a low Impact).
My question: how can I fill the Priority field with my own value from the Template when importing a Service call? Any reaction is more than welcome.
