I was wondering if there is any white paper discussing an integration possibilities of Service desk 4.5 and Telalert. A document was supposed to be attached to a Telalert application and ond the web, but I haven't had any luck finding it.
However, I've noticed a demo rule in service desk itself. Is this rule proper way to begin with, having in mind sending SMS-es only when an incident opens ?
