Incorrect time in service call

I have HPSD 4.5 in windows 2003 SP2 but due to a change in my area I'm just learning from the administration, but I have a problem with the mails sent by the service desk at the time of registering a service call it sends an hour delayed the deadline regarding the time which was recorded in the tool of the Service Desk. I can help, not that Time zone should take?

Hi,
Check the 2 things....

1.Check your SD server Time.
2.Check In reginol settings in system panel with SD admin console....

This will help...

Thanks so much, SD server is correct time, but when I check the server donâ t have installed the Service Desk, Iâ ll install it, but only one question more, for Mexico What time zone should have?

Hi Julieta,

For Mexico you should have the CST (-6 UTC), Chicago Time is ok.
