Inclusion of additional web resources in built-in tomcat

Hello,
I am having difficulties to include an additional web resource into the built-in tomcat in SD 5.0.

Assumingly, a web resource with the context "Test" needs to be defined under C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\nonOV\tomcat\a\conf\Catalina\localhost\Test.xml

This file was created as follows:
path="/Test"
docBase="C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\www\webapps\Test"
workDir="C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\data\www\work\"
/>

Unfortunately, this did not work. As soon as I try to call the URL http://localhost/Test/index.htm a 404 error appears.
The whole web application including index.htm is available under C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\www\webapps\Test

If I adapt Test.xml and move the web application folder so that the whole application resides under C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\nonOV\tomcat\a\server\webapps, this does not lead to a solution, either.

Any hints are appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help, Holger

We found that having copied webapps\ServicePages to ServicePagesDev

we needed to edit some APACHE config files :-

httpd.includes.aliases (add new alias)
workers2.properties (add new URI)

then restart Apache and Tomcat

Thank a million, Mike. This was the solution.
