Include "Action" options in Change & Problem modules
Does anyone know if its possible to include some of the "Action" options in SD modules?.
When you open a Service Call previously registered, there are some options (4) inside the "Actions" menu (see image sd.jpg), however, when you open a Change or a Problem I am able to see only 1 or 2 of these options (see image sd2.jpg). How do I include all the options shown for a SC in the Change and Problem modules?

they are predefined actions set by the system. However you can use sd_dataform and create custom actions and assign the actions to the relevant roles to make them available. Can post more details tomorrow.
