When ever a Node Down or Interface Down alarm in NNM comes, it get fwd into Service Desk. On incident creation in SD i am creating a service call and the relation b/w incident and service call.
We have 4 Application Servers but Agent is running on only one Application server where the Incident to Service Call creation is happening. (incident to service call creation is done thru a batch file).
The Incident creation takes too much time also after creation of incident, the creation of service call takes much more time. Sometimes 4 to 5 hours.
Why is this much of dealy happening. Is there any specific configuration needs to be done for agent. Or installing the agent on other application server resolve the issue.
