Hi there,

I am using SP20 and you cannot relate Incident to Incident with that SP.

Why do you want to do this? Can you relate them all to a SC or a problem record instead?

Ruth,

In our implementation we are not using SC. We have Incident raised for all calls that we receive.

We want to relate different incidents reported caused by major incident (Sev 1) if it is opened.

Loys, I think this feature is enabled only in SD 5.1.

Hi,

you will not be abe to do that. You could however relate the incident records to a problem record

Hi there,

We would recommend you link to a problem record for a major incident; then you can use the problem record to hold a "post mortem" into the major incident once it has been fixed.
