Inbound emails with images within the body...SD 4.5 SP17

Hi all,
I've had some issues with emails containing images within the body (e.g. as a part of the signature) not being logged. The main body of the email is not logged within the information field.
However, when the image is dropped the email is logged in its entirety and the body is placed within the information field.

Any idea on how to resolve this so all emails can be logged regardless of the image?

Kit.

Re: Inbound emails with images within the body...SD 4.5 SP17

HI
I have the same problem too, I found one solution on this time: registred sub domain name in MS exchange, then set on this sub domain receive all email as plaint text, redirect all e-mails from email box to HP email address. Exchange will split pictires from text and then in SC will add all pictures as attachments. Perhaps somebody have another solution?

Thanks for the insight. Where are you registering the subdomain in Exchange?

The proposed solution doesn't seem to work - the emails are still being logged without the body. Is there a way to check whether the email goes through that domain as plain text? Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
