Inbound e-mail problem

When SD resives a message from user, new ticket creates with empty user name and description. But user already exists in SD with e-mail. What shuld i do that SD automaticaly inserts username. associated with user e-mail? SD 4.5 SP18

Hi,

What is the search code you are using. Ttry changing the code to the email.

How is your inbound email configured? We do exactly the same thing as you with no problem.
