Inbound Email Limitation for OVSD 4.5

I would like to know if it is possible to create a configuration item in CMDB, via an inbound email. I have been using inbound emails to create Service Calls. The Email Properties window seems to have only E-Mail Addresses to link to a Service Call Templates, but nothing else.

Hello,

You can create ONLY service calls by e-mail using OVSD native functionality.

Just an afterthought.

Since you can create Service Call using e-mail functionality, by properly modifying the e-mail service call template you can create any entity that can be related to a service call. However assigning values to the related entities fields is another story.

George, sorry I didn't attend to this forum as I was involved in some other tasks for some time.
If you don't mind will you be able to give me little more info regarding this statement "by properly modifying the e-mail service call template you can create any entity that can be related to a service call".
What I need is, how to "create an entity" like a configuration item in particular, from a service call template?

Thanks heaps!
