I am getting system failure email saying

there is some communication problem with the recipients mail server.(user doesn't exist).

can any one help me in solving this issue.

Re: Inbound Email Communication Problem

For the accounts for Inbound E-mail Addresses did you just put the first part of the email address or the whole thing.

E.g. If you wish to receive email at "servicedesk@mySDserver.com" the E-mail address you actually put in is just servicedesk. The domain or host name is assumed.

Re: Inbound Email Communication Problem

Hi,

Thanks for u'r help,
But still i'm having the same problem, can you please tell what should i do in inbound email addresses.
If my mail id to which the email to be send is AutoCall@servicedesk.com.
I need to fill in my inbound mail address as Autocall or servicedesk.com.

I also have some doubts regarding the account,Is it required for the user who sends the email to have Application or SP account.
