In service today it is empty

In service today it is empty

SD 5.1
The engineer can see the work orders, assigned to him (access.bmp).
Then in service today it is empty(servicetoday.bmp).
When he can see all work orders, service today works normally.

In view1.bmp, why is the FILTER showing ASSIGNMENT TO PERSON equals NULL ?

Please see the attached file. I have done this setting for Service Today view. It works fine.
Try if this setting works for you too.

I already have made also(view2.bmp).
I do not know, why in version 5.1 the filter accepts value "ASSIGNMENT TO PERSON equals NULL" instead of "ON".

In The ADVANCED TAB of the filter, have you given the condition of Assignment to Person ?
If yes, then can you remove the condition from the ADVANCED TAB & keep only the condition given in MORE CHOICES TAB.
Assign to call to a admin & then login to servicedesk using this admin's login-ID.Check if you see the call in the Service Today view "Service Today For Person".

The ADVANCED TAB has no conditions.
In the first message I have written:"When the engineer can see all work orders (appointed a role), service today works normally."
If the engineer has a role of the system administrator he can see work orders in the Service Today view "Service Today For Person".
