I have a bizarre question, that I hope I can explain properly. Inside OVSD in the left column where you can select Service Desk, Organization, CMDB and SLM, the icons for the 'sub tasks' such as Service Today, Service Call, Incident, etc.. are not what they are supposed to be.
I was told that his was controlled by Registered File Types in Explorer. ie Tools, Folder Options.., File Types.
I am unsure as to which File types I need to check and what they should be set to.
