Icons/Images inside hp OpenView service desk

I have a bizarre question, that I hope I can
explain properly.
Inside OVSD in the left column where you can
select Service Desk, Organization, CMDB and
SLM, the icons for the 'sub tasks' such as
Service Today, Service Call, Incident, etc..
are not what they are supposed to be.

I was told that his was controlled by Registered File Types in Explorer. ie
Tools, Folder Options.., File Types.

I am unsure as to which File types I need to
check and what they should be set to.

Any ideas ?

Hi Glenn,

does reseting the toolbar change anything? Right click "Service Desk" above the icons and choose reset.

I have not tried that before.
I just did it and nothing changed, unfortunately.

Also the 'icons/iamges' next to various
other items are not the 'OVSD' icons.

Such as in Service Today in the Item Type
column next to 'Work Order' items and in
the Priority column and next to '(Filter Applied)' in the upper right, and the 'user ?' icon in the lower right.

Hi Glenn,

I've attached a registry file, that will correct the problem. (tested on windows xp only)

Save, it then double click it to merge it into the registry.
