hi

There is a table in DB rep_sessions where all active sessions are stored. You can shedule an SQL-Query to this table and send the result to email. It can be done by means of SQL server tools for example.

Look in view v_logged_on_users of your Service Desk DB , it has more detailed information.

If you use MS SQL then the following query will return the number of logged users. If you are using oracle then the query probably needs some modifications.

select sum(acc.acc_concurrentuser) as '# of Concurrent',
sum(acc.acc_nameduser) as '# of named',
sum(acc.acc_integrationsaccount) as '# of intergration',
sum(
case acc.acc_subtype
when 281481481158664 then 1
else 0
end
) as '# of service pages'
from rep_sessions ses, rep_accounts acc
where ses.ses_acc_oid=acc.acc_oid
