Recently the persons who have this status can't complete the Work Order that have assined

In the Work Order I have the status of complete, when the specialist take this option the Work Order is close, but recently this status it's no appear in the list combo of the field status and the Work Order never can close.
Only the person who have the role of change coordinator can do that and this is no correct.

Hi Roman,

I think it is related to status entitlement.

Check the status entitlement of Specialist Role.

They should have access for CLOSED and COMPLETE.

Hi, I want to remeber that option was working last week. I'm the administrator and I didn't change anything.

Attached picture shows status entitlement for root folder.

If you have created any other folder then drill down to that folder and check.
