I can´t see the Generate CI Wizard option


Hello to all,
I want to use the system action Generate CI Wizard but it does not appear in the action menu, I relate this action to role and use a user who belongs single to that role and not yet can see in the action menu this wizard.
SD4.5 SP18 Win Server 2003 R2 SP2

Just a thought - does the system have a "Change and Config" license? Or maybe this is one of those role changes which still needs an App Server restart?
