How to use CC or BCC mail fields with SD45 SP26

Hello, all!

I want to realise next scheme:

1. User1 send Service Call via email and put User2 to CC mail field
2. Then SC was completed and closed - Service Desk send notification to User1 and to User2, who was in CC field

But I don't know how SD mail handler works. In Service Call I can't see CC field.

Can anyone help?

Hi Rick,

You can not add email in Cc or Bcc.

In database rule in Email To field you can select both user1 and user2 separated by semicolon.

so both the user will be in To field.

Thanks,

Re: How to use CC or BCC mail fields with SD45 SP26

Hi Rick,

If service calls are created by email integration then capture the Cc email address in some fields(map it in email format used to send to HPSD).

Or if service calls are created manually asks service desk to fill the Cc address in some field.

Now you can use this field in email To option.

If helps...Pls assign points :)

Thanks,

Hi Rick,

Create a new field in OVSD to capture the CC email address.

Now send New field = Cc email address in the email which you send to OVSD to generate service call using email integration.

Thanks,
