How to update field resolution after incident is closed?

Hi,

My customer want that after incident is closed it would by possible update field resolution. I looked to form designer and realized that field resolution is not read only. How to do this?

HI Vilma,

Your question is not clear. Whether you want to make this field read only or to make it editable.

Anyway to make it read only,
Use folder entitlement and once incident is closed moved incident to closed folder and User's Role should have view only access in this folder.

If you want to make it editable.
Give modify access to user even if the incident is closed.
