How to stop clock for any Incident call for some time

Hi,

We want to support our customers from 9 Am to 5 Pm.
We are using HP openview servicedesk.for all the tickets the clock should stop at 5Pm and again it should start at 9Am.

Please suggest me a solution for this...

Hi Kumar,

Go to Administrator Console > Data > Codes > Service Level Agreement > Service Level.

Set your Open and Close hours and do not forget to hit the Default checkbox...
