How to set servicecall requester attribute to sender of e-mail that resulted in a new servicecall

Subj. Is there any possibility to map e-mail senders address to persons e-mail, so that this person can be automatically set as a requester of servicecall that was registered from this e-mail message?

This will happen if you set the option for new call via inbound email to be "Only recognized Person" ie their email address must give a unique hit on the Person Table.
