How do I schedule a task in Service Desk 4.5 to happen everyday at a fixed time irrespective of other conditions. I could find only before or after a task in DB Rule instead am looking for a fixed time value.

Hi there, There is no simple way to do this with just DB rules.
You can use sd_event to create a record and have this scheduled everyday by the scheduler of the OS on which your server runs (at on windows, cron on Unix) and then have a DB rule which fires on creation of the record set up by the sd_event.
