How to refer a field from another process of SD4.5 SP17

I want to create a database rule for a change, but i want to sent email to the customer relate to the change inside the process of Service call.
See picture attch.

Hi Roman

When setting up the rule and defining your action(s) taken by the rule, you can activate the option near "More Updates" - "select a related item" at the update data screen. This give you the opportunity to choose related service calls on the right of this option

Hi Roman,

Did you find a solution to this problem? I am trying to set a condition on a Problem record database rule to check the status of a Service Call record but I'm not sure if OVSD can do this. Is this something like what you were trying to do and if yes did you find a solution.
