How to import Supported CI's?

On the default Service form their is a page which shows "Supported CI's".

I want to import a list of CI's which are supported by a particular service.

Which entity should I use to do this?

There's a "Service" entity and a "Configuration Item on Service" entity?

Which one is correct and which fields do I need to use?

Thanks

Re: How to import Supported CI's?

Hello Peter,

The relation between Operational Services and CIs is n->1. The same for Underpinning Services and CIs.

To populate the list "Supported CIs" on the service
a) The service type must by underpinning
b) use DE to import this service as "Supported by service" in the CI

To populate the list "Managed CIs" on the service
a) The service type must by "Operations Management"
b) use DE to import this service as "Managed by Services" in the CI.
