How to customize the service call view in CI

How to customize the service call view in CI

In the tab Calls in a Configuration Item there is the possibility to view all service call. For that mather all Incident and all Change as well.

Now I can from that section customize the view of service call but can not add any filter. Can someone tell me what is the view name/location and if I can modified it from the administrator console, presentation, views menu?

I am using SP10.

Hello Guy,

Right click on the header and select "Customize current view"

You can't filter out this view, though.

However this view doesn't seem to exist in "Presentation;Views" or I can't find it.
