There are four fields in my HPSD4.5(sp22),namely Assigned To Workgroup,Assigned To Person and Problem Workgroup(custom field) & Problem Owner(custom field).
whenever i choose any workgroup,and click on the Quick Find button beside the Assigned To Person field, it shows the persons related to the chosen workgroup.It is possible as these are the already given fields by HPSD, but if want to the same thing with my two custom fields, how can i do it? Is it possible? The values are shown in Quick Find, how can i set the filter there to show only required data? Please reply.
