How to apply Service Levels in Custom Date/time Fields ?

Dear Experts,

Please guide if we can set the calculations for our custom Date/Time fields based on Service Levels.
I have created a custom field where I am capturing time calculated as:

Registration Created + 8 Hrs.

Now I want it to consider Caller's timezone and service level, business hours etc,
once you fill a person's name in Caller field,so that this value may vary for different users based on their business hours.

Any idea how we can achieve it??

Hi there,

The approach is to use planned start/duration for the calculations and then place in your custom date/time field.

If you search this forum on planned duration I think you will find an entry which gives the rules you will need.
