How to apply Service Levels in Custom Date/time Fields ?
Please guide if we can set the calculations for our custom Date/Time fields based on Service Levels. I have created a custom field where I am capturing time calculated as:
Registration Created + 8 Hrs.
Now I want it to consider Caller's timezone and service level, business hours etc, once you fill a person's name in Caller field,so that this value may vary for different users based on their business hours.
