How to add more field to appear in the advanced find of the Service Desk 4.5 SP17

This only can be do by the administrator, but how the administrator do that from the console to all users of the service desk

Roman,

Go to the admin console-> Presentation-> Search-> lets say Service Call.

There you can select the fields that you want to be available for Quick Find and Adv Find.

I believe that you can select a maximum of 8 fields there though.
