How to add Classification checklist?

I have two modules, namely, Service Call
and Problem
In Service Call there's Classification Checklist to check for the levels of classification of SC(given by HPSD4.5,sp22), but in Problem there is no such facility,how can check for the levels of classification then?

You can add the classification field to the problem form via the admin console > presentation > forms > problem drag and drop the attribute into the form.

you can also change/amend the options that appear, again this is done via the admin console > data > codes > problem > problem classification

Sorry , but this is not my problem. Classification is already there in Problem. The prblem is to check for the Levels of those classifications,eg. level1, etc.
this can be checked thru a checklist for SC,
but it's not there for Problem. Is there any other way to achieve this?
