How to Freeze the Closed Calls

Hi,
We have SD 5.1 patch 4 on HP-UX
We need to control the status of Closed calls
If a call status is closed then we dosen't
want any user to edit the closed calls
How to configure this

Hi,

You can define this in the ROLE for the particular helpdesk.
In ROLE,click on SERVICE CALL then on DETAILS. Select STATUS ACCESS & select the STATUS FROM & STATUS TO. In STATUS TO select upto the status before CLOSED.

Hello,

You can do a UI rule that Limit field value range, example:

After new item has been opened
where Status equals Completed
Action 1 (Limit field value range) Status equals Completed;

When the SC is open the value is that you can select is only Completed, and you can not see other values

This works in sd 4.5, I don´t know is work in sd 5.x
