Re: How I create a rule to limit the group of change coodinator to complete a change

Hi there,

There is a seting on a change: "wait for work order completion" - if you set this, closed status is not offered for the chnage until all WOs are completed/closed.

Hope this helps, Ruth

Hi there,

No: "wait for work order completion" is NOT set automatly to "YES" when all work order are complete/ closed.

You set it yourself (usually in a template) to stop the chnage being closed ebfore all WOs are completed.

Hope this helps, Ruth

In a template?, How I control this in a template when all of my Work order are closed?

Re: How I create a rule to limit the group of change coodinator to complete a change

Hi there,

I mean that if you want that NO change can be closed until all its workoders are closed, then set "wait for work order completion" in all chnage templates.

Hope this helps, Ruth

PS and if it does dont forget to assign points!
