History Line Assignment Status

Does anyone know why when a registered service call is opened for the 1st time it creates the entry below in the history with whoever opens it as the create by person?

Subject: Assignment Status from "New" to "Accept".

Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

The History line entry or the automatic change in assignment status?

Hello,

Go to Administrator Console/Security/Audit Rules/Service Call and uncheck Assignment, Assignment Status.
