Service Desk also has an integrated online help feature that's surprisingly useful and complete. It contains a lot of usage details that didn't make it into the manuals.
You can access it by pressing F1, or selecting "help" from the "help" drop-down menu. It's also context-sensitive, so it will open to different pages depending on where you are in the application when you invoke it.
I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they still have some REALLY FUN ideas.
