Hello Michael, thanks for your help. Can you tell me how do I change the "," for the ";"? The other quetion I have is thad this problem is only happening to some groups ( whit some groups, the emails are working fine) so why is this happening?
I experienced that for those groups which member belongs to more than one groupe that the noftification is not working properly.
If the groups you created correspond to groups you already created on your mail server, then use the e-mail field and put the group e-mail address in that field. When notifying groups use the e-mail field.
Could you check if the groups that are not working contain members that are also members of another group and that by unrelating them that the notificaiton work just fine?
Hi Michel, Thanks a lot for your useful help. All the members of the groups that are not working properly are members of other groups, Is there some way to avoid this problem other than unrelate them from the other groups? Its just that i cant unrelate them from the other groups.
since you are notifying the whole group does it make sense to keep the option "Send me e-mail when items are assigned to me"? I think we resolved this by unchecking this option on the Person record.
Again the other way is to maintain those groups on your email server and use the goup e-mail you will provide on the field e-mail of each group. Use this field for notification instead of the whole group.
