HPSD4.5 SP23 - Unlock Service Level Field in Servicecall

Hi @ all,

is there any possibility (legal or any other way) to unlock or change the service level field by rule in servicecall?

background: We don't have the SLM and want to use a CI field as SLA and copy his service level value to servicecall value to set correct deadline.

In incidents this is possible.


Any idea?
