HPSD4.5 Archiving: My name is Faadiel

I've been archiving for the last 2 weeks,I started with Servicecalls, but now when I start the Archiving it runs for 1 hour and stops, with the following error in my archiving log file, please help.It complains about the attachments but nothing has changed there are only 22000 servicecalls in the view.
16000 items gets copied in the archiving process but nothing deleted.

550 errors are almost always permission errors. Make sure your ftp account has the correct/complete credentials. There are quite a few threads already on ITRC in this regard. Try those and see if they can help you.

If you are archiving attachments, perhaps it'd be a good idea to make sure the attachments exist first. It would seem as if there are orphaned links to files that do not exist in the attachment server.

Any items that fail for any reason will not be purged. The same happens with items with relationships that are not taken into account in the archiving process.

The Check Attachments feature will get rid of those orphaned links and report which are removed in the client log file.
