HPSD 4.5 SP18 - Print Preview

Hi,

Happy new year!

When we open a change and click on "Print Preview", the history lines are not sorted in the order of the created date. Have you a solution. In the form the lines are sorted.

Hi and a happy new year to you,

In Administrator Console -> Presentation -> Views -> History Line Change.
Open the view Change History Lines and click on Sort by and after select Registration Created.

In the view, the hitory lines are sorted with the registration created. When we open the change, in the history page, the lines are sorted. But sometimes, in the "Print preview", they are sorted, sometimes they are not sorted.

Try to clear the cache from ... Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk and apply sorting again.
