HPOV5.1; Email Template - Service Call Assignment Notification

Hi

We recently made a slight change to the template to include caller name as that attribute was not on there. We now have an issue with the detailed information attribute.

No information is now being picked up into the email from this attribute. When you look at the template the 'DETAILED INFORMATION' is no longer in bold like the other attributes. (Despite removing and re-adding) Each time we add back in it shows bold and underlined as soon as you press save it reverts back to non-bold.

Has anyone else experienced this, do you know how to get this back in the template?
