I'm using HPOV SD 4.5 SP17 and I'm currently the administrator.
One of the Service Desk members could not see his name in the field Entered by person when he try to create a new ticket in Service Call category. Nobody else has that problem, not even him before. We thought it was something wrong on his machine so he made login on my machine. Now, I cannot see one specific view title Open Service Calls by Specialist (Table) were all open tickets for all specialist were displayed. Also, when I try to create a new ticket, I cannot see my name displayed either. I thought the views.dat is corrupted and if it is I don't know how to fix it
I've already solved the problem. For some reason in the More Choices tab of the Filters section of the View Summary, the to assigned person option was selected. I deselected it and the view was restored to normal. Also my name and my coworker's name are displayed whenever we create a new ticket.
